BioShock from 2K Games is an ambitious and atmospheric first-person shooter and RPG hybrid set in the ravaged underwater city of Rapture.

The game, which was released in North America on August 21, 2007, has thus far received massive amounts of praise from critical reviewers and consumers alike, and it already stands a solid chance of being crowned "Game of the Year".
