Xbox 360 crisis? Users complain of video failure!

The video failure appeared on my console about two weeks ago, I was playing Guitar Hero III and suddenly the colors got greenish, I turned off the Xbox and the problem was still there when I turned on again. Now I can't get any video out of the console, the tv doesn't detect any video signal and I've already checked the cables and the tv. I already contact the guys at Xbox support and they said it's not an error widespreaded enough to be considered as a manufacturing error. I don't know what to do now.

OMG, NOOBS EVERYWHERE. Listen. Your ps3 will never over heat. (Depending on what you think over heat means) 1. The ps3 has a built in system that tells it to turn itself off if it "over heats" 2. Stand your ps3 up, instead of it lying down. Feel, hear see the difference after playing 5 hours straight of COD4 3. I've tried to destroy my ps3 by crashing it whilst it is saving data. - Didnt work, it refuses to break. 4. On metal gear solid 4, theres a rank called "Panda" in order to get this rank, you must leave your console on for over 35 hours without save. Whatever to everyone's comments, a ps3 is a hardware, not a human being so they dont have personalities to ditch on you, they're all the same. Made and built to be a replica of another ps3.

Just happened to me too. I've had my Elite for like 10 monthes never had any problems, except that rockband has been freezing on me lately. I was playin FFXI and the screen just turns green/white, now i get nothing. Hooked it up to another tv with no luck as well. Sound is working though?? Well i should get warranty ^_^, if i can find the fin receipt.

Capcom's Resident Evil 5 trailer sparks cries of racism

I am a white person who has played the resi games all my life. I'm also not one to suffer the idea of political correctness for the sake of it... BUT, i think in this case capcom may have overstepped the mark as reality or fantasy, you have to take into account how this looks. Racism is deeply ingrained in the histories of many cultures, the after effects and the concequences for a country like South Africa still have a huge resonance today. Having a video game with the flag waving all american 'white' hero gunning down the local mob just touches a little too close to insensitive for my liking and intentional or not, ignorance is not an excuse. Use your brains and your hearts for once and try to imagine what message this sends out.
