Blitz the Arcade this Wednesday by downloaded some serious Robo action!
This week’s Arcade Wednesday unveiling marks the arrival of yet another action-packed franchise to the growing list of Arcade titles available for download through Microsoft’s Xbox Live service.
RoboBlitz, developed by Naked Sky Entertainment, sees the player assume the control of Blitz, a sturdy and heroic robot technician, as he risks cog and gear to activate an ageing space cannon throughout perilous "physics-based 3D action" in order to defeat a horde of pesky space pirates.
What’s more, the game is powered by the Unreal Engine 3 and set across "19 levels of puzzle-solving and high-intensity action" played out in "7 unique environments".
The full download of RoboBlitz will come in at less than 50MB, and cost a total of 1200 Marketplace Points, around $15—which is a bit steep, but RoboBlitz is actually a ‘proper’ full game rather than an olde retro retread. The trial demo version of the game will be available in three separate levels to further coax players to part with the full price.
Interested? Take a look at the official RoboBlitz website, and be sure to grab yourself some robotic action when the game goes Live tomorrow.
