Flying high in Birmingham UK
Assume the brace position flight sim fans, the International Flight Simulation Convention takes to the skies this coming weekend (02-03 December) at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham, United Kingdom. With over 70 stands showing all the latest in flight simulation hardware and software, Just Flight, Flight 1 and Cab Air colleague of air training, and all sponsored by Microsoft, it’s the flight sim enthusiast’s dream come true.
The convention will include full-size cockpits, helicopter simulators, virtual airlines, online air traffic control, to name just a few of the incredible things people with see and be able to fly.
The show will open on Saturday morning from 9.30am until 4.00pm on both days in hall 3A at the NEC. Visitors will also have a chance to take the controls of the New Microsoft Flight simulator programme FSX, just part of the incredible world of Flight Simulation.

Visitors will also be able to purchase a vast amount of products from many of the international companies that are attending, so if flight sims are your thing, the NEC sounds like the place to be.

An ‘Advanced One Day Boarding Pass’ will cost you £10 for an adult and £8 for a child aged 10-16yrs. Children under 16 get in free.
