Microsoft has already enjoyed its day in the egoistic glow of E3, leaving Sony and Nintendo to roll out their respective wares to the drooling Media & Business Summit attendees and add yet more tantalising videogame pressure to the overworked pockets of faithful consumers everywhere.
But today has certainly been a good day for trailer content, offering up a double dose of Halo 3 as well as jaw-dropping coverage of Project Gotham Racing 4, Mass Effect, Assassin’s Creed, and BioShock, to name but a few. We’ve lost count of how many new trailer and gameplay clips have been thrown up over the past 24hrs… but whether you’re a fan of Boogie, Killzone 2, Fatal Inertia or Lost Odyssey, there’s been a little something for everyone.
And, what’s more, the day is not yet over – and tomorrow will likely bring more. So, without any more unnecessary preamble, GamerSquad brings you instant access to yet another batch of advance footage from E3 in its E3 Trailer Park Blowout (Vol. 04).
Prepare yourselves for an explosive entrée with Mercenaries 2 gameplay swiftly followed by musical mayhem in Rock Band. When the amps have quit screaming, you can then tuck into a main course of TimeShift, a presentation demo of Assassin’s Creed, and a meaty portion of Unreal Tournament 3. If you’ve room left for more once that little lot has been digested, then feel free to order from the dessert menu, which consists of: Halo Wars, Beautiful Katamari, Stranglehold, Too Human, Guitar Hero III, and Spider-Man Friend or Foe.
What more do you need? Nothing, that’s what – except perhaps a bucket to vomit into.
