Play-Asia are currently hurling them out the door for only US$2.99 each.  The only catch is that you get sent a random selection, rather than being able to pick a specific figure. Encouragingly, according to a few posts on the Play-Asia website and the British Gaming Blog, people who've ordered five figures have received one of each, with no doubles. No guarantees, though.
