Snap these up to become a 'fun-gi' to be around (ha!)
What better to go with your Mushroom Kingdom bed sheets, light shade, wallpaper, alarm clock, dressing gown, posters, stationary, rugs and clothes (that's enough of describing Editor Stevie's prized possessions) than a Mushroom Lamp? It's not official Nintendo merchandise, but the red, blue, or green illuminated fungi are a definite playful nod to the adventures that take place in the world of Super Mario.
They run on four AA batteries and, rather than using a traditional switch, are operated simply by touch. Once on, two bright white LEDs shine from the inside, one through the white base and the other through the mushroom head, basking your surroundings in a serenly colourful hue.
While most mushrooms live lonely existences in dank, dark places, Brando's $12 USD beauties will provide you with luminosity while keeping you company (evidentally you have no friends, Andrew? - Ed).
Just don't try and eat them - especially the red one, not unless you've got suitably high ceilings.
