Hello/Hallo/Hola/Bonjour/Ciao fellow Europeans! Good news if, like your correspondent, you dwell in gaming's forgotten region - Nintendo Europe has finally pulled its finger out and published a Q3 release schedule that features concrete dates for the likes of Super Paper Mario, Big Brain Academy, Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition, and Trauma Center: Second Opinion on the Wii.

Super Paper Mario, arguably the most anticipated name on the list, will hit Europe on 14 September, and hey - it's only several months behind the NTSC release. Grr. Meanwhile, the more punctual Big Brain Academy for Wii will be reaching the region on 20 July, Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition on 29 June, and Wii Trauma Center: Second Opinion on 10 August.

Other highlights include dates for Sonic Rush Adventure (DS) and Codies’ promising Race Driver: Create & Race (DS). As for the big three - Metroid, Mario and Smash Bros. - it looks like we could be left hanging until Q4, or even worse, 2008. Urk.
