Disney Online have raised the curtain on their free Pirates of the Caribbean Massively Multiplayer Online game, for PC and Mac. The game's more 'free' than free, though  -  you'll have to pay a monthly subscription if you want access to all weapons and skills in the game, get bigger ships, more quests and so on. Still, there's nothing stopping you downloading and checking the game out.

We haven't hopped into the game yet, but it looks like quite a solid, if generic, MMO. We'll try to have a fiddle with it over the next few days and let you know if it's worth the download. It couldn't be any worse than the last two movies, could it?
